Returns and Refunds
If you are unhappy about the purchased items, you can return the items within 10 days of purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received, you will be notified about the status of refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited into your account (Credit card or bank account - whatever payment mode you used when purchasing the items)

Replacement 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item, send us an email at vivaanmart@gmail.com
